Jewelry must be in original condition and accompanied by the original packaging, instructions and warranty documents.
Your packing slip must accompany your return.
All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed.

How do I return an item for a refund/exchange?

Please allow 3 weeks from our receipt of your request for the replacement product to ship. We recommend insuring the package before sending for your personal tracking purposes. Why was my order cancelled?
